The Challenge
A processes that took an account from beginning to billing had to be implemented. There had to be two portions, a customer login and an employee login. These would have widely different functionalities. There were complex legal requirements that dictated several areas of their business. Each client company had to have a master login that would allow them to manage all accounts from users that were at that company.
The Solution
We designed a comprehensive solution that allowed NorthWest to manage all aspects of their business, from administration to skip tracing to human resources. The solution had a number of different security roles which allowed users access to different parts of the systems.
The Benefits
Several processes that were previously done manually were automated. A number of features, such as document storage, no possible under their previous system were implemented.
