Too much information was being stored in Excel, preventing multi user access and rich historical tracking.

The Solution

We engaged with this client to document their business rules, particularly, oil and gas accounting concepts.

From there we designed a custom line of business application which all roles in their organization have adopted, and we migrated their old Excel data into the new database.

Now the sales force and accounting team are on the same page, a quick glance at some pie charts and management can see the progression of project sales.
