The Challenge

Create a web portal to be used as the conduit for multiple teams and perspectives from client interaction to worker process flow tracking, and business management reporting.

This is truly an "Enterprise Application".

The Solution

First we spent a lot more time than usual in the discovery and design documentation phase.

We needed to create application workflow for processes that were not previously automated, and invent an intuitive UI.

The Benefits

This application is in development and should begin testing in March 2009.
