The Challenge

The merchandise product offering that Galactic is using is getting ready to see a very large growth over the next 12 to 18 months. At this time the entire marketing and information technologies staff have a very large part in making all aspects of the merchandise application function completely everyday. There were several staff members that supported this application on a full time basis.

The Solution

First we re-designed the existing website to be more efficient and able to handle more web traffic.

Then we added 13 new administration features that will allow their users to administer the site more effectively while reducing operational costs by using less employees to get the job done.

Galactic has a much more efficient application to support their expanding business needs in the Incentives Programs and Communications Services industry.
