BroadJump came to us in 2013 with an idea for a cloud-based technology platform that would transform healthcare by providing real-time pricing transparency. While designing this application it was apparent that it needed to have the robust big data analysis power that Microsoft Azure provides while delivering complex and interactive reports to users from around the world in an intuitive user interface. Software as a Service in the cloud was the perfect model for this project. Using this model, BroadJump is able to devote resources to product development that would otherwise have been consumed on infrastructure and support. Code Authority is proud to have been developing the BroadJump product since its conception, and we hope to be a partner for many years to come.
Code Authority designed and developed the official College Football Playoff selection software that the College Football Playoff selection committee uses to decide who plays in the playoffs, who plays in which bowl games, and who is ranked what each week for the 7 weeks leading up to the playoffs. This was a challenge from the start and the stakes were high. We had to design software which would securely allow the playoff selection committee to follow the selection protocol, allow a moderator to control the flow of the engagement, and use business rules to generate the final lists and scores. Organizing the solution's topology was a challenge and the testing was strenuous. In the end we created a solid product that exceeded everyone's expectations. It is performant, easy to use, and secure - and all in 3 months’ time.
