The Challenge
The Financial Services Process repeated itself each month, with Affiliates responsible for multiple clients.
Complex security requirements mandated by financial, IRS, and legal requirements, needed to be implemented.
While QuickBooks Data Files resided on SureBooks servers, interim files did not.
Surebooks would soon outgrow their current solution.
The Solution
We designed software which included Document Management and Workflow management that allow various users to process client data into QuickBooks Financial Software.
The software allowed users to view workflow queues so they could pull work from those queues, perform their specific function and move it to the next queue. The software also had features that allow queues to be monitored for bottlenecks in the process.
The Benefits
The tools we created are used to submit and track the jobs as they are processed as well as manage and store client information.
Security requirements not possible under the previous system were implented.
We interfaced with several third party applications to forma single point of maintenance.
