Our client hosts their missions critical web based workflow application with us, which is natural since we architected and developed it.

Our unique position in Texas as the only application developer who is also hosting Microsoft Exchange services allowed us to come up with a unique productivity increasing enhancement.

We built a special login and customer-facing web form where our client's users can submit work orders. We push this form data to our hosted Exchange environment through WebDav. Then we developed a custom Outlook form which presents this Public Folder Task to users appearing as a work item. Our client's team then uses this task in a manner to complete the work and provide reports back to customers.
